First

Let's discuss your concerns through a free consultation to determine if a speech and language evaluation is appropriate for your child.

Second

Our next step is to make sure there is a weekly timeslot we can reserve for you while you sign the consent forms. Once signed, we'll schedule a day for an evaluation. After the evaluation, a report will be developed and we will discuss the results.

T hird

If we determine to move forward with
speech-language sessions, sessions will begin at the weekly time block you reserved. If more sessions are recommended, we can discuss additional session openings.
Parents are invited to play their part by joining us in sessions. We encourage participation so strategies can be practiced together and implemented at home.

All new clients must have an evaluation prior to our first treatment session. This helps us determine your child's specific area(s) of need and what therapy approach(s) may be most appropriate. If you have an evaluation report from another provider (less than 6 months old), we can review it to determine if a new evaluation is required.

Evaluation *effective March 13, 2026*
You will receive: written report, treatment plan, and a phone call to review the report and treatment plan together
Speech Sound Evaluation OR Stuttering Evaluation: $300
Speech Sound Evaluation + Stuttering Evaluation: $350
Speech Sound Evaluation + Language Evaluation: $425
Speech Sound Evaluation, Language Evaluation, + Stuttering: $475 
Individual Therapy Session *effective March 27, 2026*
Includes: direct therapy, invitation for parent involvement during sessions, progress reports each trimester, and home practice suggestions. Therapy is scheduled on a recurring weekly basis. Frequency may be increased based on clinical recommendation. 
30 min individual session $80 per session​


​The  No  Surprise  Act
The No Surprise Act went into effect January 1, 2022. This protects you from expensive, unexpected medical bills. This act applies to audiologists and speech-language pathologists who serve uninsured clients choosing to opt in to self-pay as well as insurance in which the provider is out-of-network. As a health care provider, Playing Our Part will provide clients with a Good Faith Estimate. This informs clients of the cost of the scheduled experience to be expected before the service is conducted.  Learn more >>
